The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Sarvar thermal water park. It's just a short walk away, making it convenient to enjoy a day of relaxation and fun at the park. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with good beds and a clean shower in the bathroom. the breakfast provided is plentiful and satisfying. the staff are accommodating and offered us a better room than we paid for, even if there was a mix-up with our reservation.
The check-in process and communication with the staff could use some improvement.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel - the room was always clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was super tasty. The hotel also offered free parking and a fast internet connection. its location was great, as it was very close to everything I wanted to see and visit in the city.
Hard to think of anything.

Great breakfast every morning with a good variety of food and drinks. Rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the town and nearby attractions as it was situated very close to the city center.
The staff's language barrier was a significant issue, and they were generally uninterested in assisting guests who did not speak the local language. Their knowledge of English was minimal or non-existent, which made communication frustrating and challenging.

Great location and clean rooms. the breakfast had a good variety and tasted good too. there was a private parking area that was easily accessible.
The staff and customer service were extremely rude. Most of the staff only spoke Hungarian, making communication difficult.
